Create a fun, engaging and immersive learning environment
Deliver and Instruct students on daily lesson plans
Present projects, demonstrate building techniques
Apply elements of design, engineering, art and innovation
Responsible for overseeing the work of the team,
Manage the day-to-day operations, scheduling shifts
Supporting teams, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, etc.
Provide individual and small-group instruction to adapt to the needs of students
Exemplify all elements, goals, instructional best practice strategies, embodied in DEILAB’s academic plan and the ability to clearly articulate the plan to students, clients and parents.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and schools.

Enjoys working with young people
Enjoys teaching, helping and coaching
Has experience working with groups of kids
Has strong communication and listening skills
Has strong presentation skills
Can bring the projects and lesson plans to life
Willingness to collaborate and learn new things
High school, college diploma or equivalent (Preferred), US work authorization (Required)
Driver's License (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
DEILAB is hiring creative, enthusiastic dependable people with an interest in working with students grades 1st to 8th for in-person camps leading project-based innovation camps.
We deliver exciting STEAM centered classes with LEGO, radio controlled racing cars and virtual programs.
The curriculum, training and the materials will be provided.
